Meditation is to feel and experience the unity itself.Today, there are various types of meditation that people are going to adopt in order to have a pleasures life. Zen Meditation, Healing Meditation, Transcendental Meditation, Hindu Meditation, Mantra Meditation, Moving Meditation, Passive Meditation, Candle Light Meditation, and a few others are the various meditation that are nowadays practiced by the people.
Zen meditation is however getting very much popular among the above describe. For Zen meditation you must be aware of your breathing i.e. the inhaling and exhaling .Inhaling must be deep and at that time one must think about the whole body while at time of exhaling each part of the body must be relaxed Think about happiness of being alive, of hearing, seeing, and breathing. Once you start practicing it will be resulting the best which is easily felt by you.
The fact of the matter is, meditation technique is as personal as the individual itself. Trust your intuition, follow your heart, and go with the technique you're most comfortable with.
