In this type of meditation you must sit or lie down as such that you can keep your spine as straight as possible. Start breathing regularly,deeply but slowly through nostrils. then make your muscles to relax starting from feet to head.Try to think of a place where you want to go again and again, visualize it with emotions as if it is happening.Do it for 25 minutes
Once you start once and practice regularly for 25 minutes you will be more comfortable and can easily go for more deeper meditation.It will definitely going to help you our from the tension you are having i your daily life
