Meditation Techniques
In Todays world where everyone is busy in making more and more money nobody is concerned about health.The workload on all is so much that we all are getting suffered from a number of physical and mental problems
Daily meditation also helps improve your mood, decrease depression, it will help you loose weight, sleep better and reduce headaches.
There are different techniques of medication:
Breathing Exercise it only require mental focus to your breathing as you breathe in and then out.This is to be done for 5 to10 minutes a day.
Another way is Guided Meditation. It include meditation along with slow and gentle music
Chakra Meditation require seven chakras for meditation.It involve concentrating on the various energies that lie within us and by simply paying attention to different regions of our body
Zen meditation can offer many health benefits as by introducing more oxygen into your system you help to cleanse and energy your body.Zen meditations are the lifeline of today's hectic and stressful world.
It's not wrong to say that if you want to hold on to your sanity, hold on to the meditation techniques!
